SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Homemade Health's Shipping Policy! We are dedicated to providing you with the best shipping experience. We  offer various shipping methods to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Our shipping costs are transparent and displayed at checkout. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to build trust through clear communication.

Order Processing and Shipment

All in-stock items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from date of purchase.

Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery service for Canada, is Canada Post. Standard delivery times are as follows:

 

CANADA 4-5 business days from the date of shipment.

In order to provide the best protection/ insurance for shipping we currently ship flat rate parcels

Vancouver to Thunder Bay (Canada Posts Regional Area) Parcels shipping Cost will range between $16.95-$24.65, depending on your shipment size.

All orders within Canada Posts regional Area (Vancouver to Thunder Bay) will receive free shipping on orders over $100.00

All orders within Canada posts National Area (anything East of the Above regional area) will receive free shipping on orders over $200.00

All US & International Shipment details can be sent via email at your request, we are currently trying to find the cheapest and fastest options in order to get your products to you.

Current mailing provider for US & International is FEDEX and generally arrive within 7-12 Business days depending on your location.

RETURN  POLICY

At Homemade Health, we want you to shop with confidence. If you've had a change of heart or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process seamless for you. We believe in transparent and fair policies, and our dedicated team is here to assist you every step of the way. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Returns of Product: may be returned for any reason within 30 days of original purchase.

 

In order to request a refund, contact Homemade Health at info@homemadehealth.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

 

The RMA number must be clearly visible on the exterior of any returned package. Reimbursement will be issued within a period of 30 days of receipt and will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method.

 

The product must be returned along with the original invoice to Homemade Health in order to get a refund for the product purchase price.

 

Monthly Auto-Delivery or Autoship Orders may be cancelled at any time by submitting a written notice at least five (5) business days prior to the next scheduled processing date. Submit written notice via email info@homemadehealth.com.
