INGREDIENTS: Organic Elder Flowers (sambucus nigra)
Elder is a flowering plant that is native to Europe, Northern Africa, and Western Asia. It produces large clusters of small, white flowers in the spring, followed by small blueish black (sometimes red) berries.
USES: Traditionally used in herbal medicine as an alterative to help remove accumulated waste products via the kidneys, skin and mucus membranes, to help relieve symptoms of colds and flus (such as coughs, sore throat and catarrah of the upper respiratory tract), to promote sweating (diaphoretic), to help relieve fever (in cases of common colds,flus), to help relieve nasal congestion and discharge associated with sinutitis, hay fever/allergic rhinitis.
DIRECTIONS:Infusions for ages 10+, Use 1 tbsp of elderflowers (1.8g) to a cup of boiing water, allow to steep for 10 minutes, repeat 1-4 times a day as needed.

Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.QUALITIES: Elderflower has been used worldwide in traditional medicine for its anti-inflammatory and digestion supporting properties. Most commonly it has been used to treat sinus infections and inflammation, cold and flu symptoms, and respiratory disturbances. As a supplement, it has been used for its diuretic and laxative properties.
